Return Portal

If you need to make a return, you can easily submit a request through your Emory Haus account.

How to start your return

1. Click the profile icon in our menu or go to our refund portal.

2. Sign in with your email:

• Enter your email address and click Continue.
• Open the email from Emory Haus and copy the six-digit verification code.
• Return to the store and enter your code to log in.

3. Find your order and click Request Return.

4. Select the item(s) you’d like to return, choose a reason, and add any notes for us.

5. Click Submit Request.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label (if needed). After we receive your item, your refund will be processed and store credit will be issued.
